- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RA number in the package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund as follows:
